Service Policy

-We will be setting up my material in your home or desired location (such as

hotel suite, conference room, Airbnb, etc.) but all furniture must be moved out

of the way prior to our arrival. If you have any pets they will be not allowed in

the party area including during the set up so that we are able to work quickly

without interruptions. Please refrain from allowing kids in the area while we

are setting up so we can move quickly and you can enjoy the party faster.

Smoking will be prohibited in the party area also.

- If you are running behind, we will allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15

minutes there will be a $25 late fee. Please be mindful of time as there are other

party set ups that may be booked after yours.

- A $100 deposit of your chosen party package is due at time of booking. You

agree to be charged a fee if party rental material has been compromised (such

as hole in airbed(s), broken tents, stains that can not be removed) upon arrival

or within 24 hours of pick up when we review our material.

- You agree not to eat or drink inside of tents. You may use the breakfast trays to

eat. You also agree not to have any substances like nail polish, slime, staining

chemicals that can damage rented material.

-Final payment for your remaining balance of party is due 48 hours before party

date. There is a 4% processing fee for deposit and final payment.
 

- Decorative pillows are for decorative purposes only and should not be slept on.

Please encourage guests to bring their own pillow to sleep with. Blankets are

provided to sleep with.

- All party packages have a delivery, pick up and sanitization fee included within

a 25 mile radius of zip code 23669. Mileage beyond that radius will be a $0.70

per mile extra to and from, both ways that will be added to your final balance.

- Due to party planning, we do not issue refunds but will honor a credit for your

party to be used within 1 year of your party date. Guest count must be

confirmed within 14 days of your party date and can not be changed after that

time frame.

- If booking a picnic party, the same rules apply
